Another big advantage is the time: thanks to the small number of people involved, the Elopement can be organized even for the following month, and our Photographic Studio is always ready any period of the year, to collect your requests and offer you the best prices in Venice !!
An elopement in Venice is not a traditional wedding. It’s a private experience, often symbolic, focused on the connection between two people rather than an event.
This changes everything:
Our approach is built around this freedom. Every photoshoot is planned based on:
Elopements in Venice require flexibility, experience, and an understanding of how the city changes throughout the day. As a Venice elopement photographer, we follow real moments rather than directing them, adapting to light, timing, and location.
From sunrise ceremonies to intimate exchanges, these sessions show how authentic elopements are captured without interruption.
If you are still planning the engagement itself, you can also explore how a proposal experience in Venice works.

This elopement began at sunrise in St Mark’s Square, when the city was still quiet and the light was soft across the arcades. From there, the session continued along the Grand Canal near Palazzo Cavalli, following a natural rhythm through Venice.
Moments were not staged or directed, but shaped by timing, movement, and the atmosphere of the city itself.

Are you ready to turn your Venice elopement dream into a reality? Let's start planning your special day!
Elopement photography in Venice is built around flexibility, not fixed formulas. Every session is planned based on real conditions — especially light, timing, and how you want to experience the city.
Packages typically include pre-shoot planning, location and timing strategy, the photoshoot itself, and professionally edited high-resolution images. The goal is not just to take photos, but to create a smooth, well-organized experience that works in a complex environment like Venice.
The duration of the session can vary depending on the type of elopement. Shorter sessions are usually focused on a specific area and precise timing, while longer sessions allow movement between multiple locations and a more complete visual story.
Timing is a key factor. Early morning and late evening are the best options to achieve clean visuals, soft light, and more privacy — especially in central areas of the city where crowd management becomes essential.
Some elopements include additional elements such as gondola rides, private terraces, or hotel-based ceremonies. These situations require more structured planning to maintain consistency and avoid interruptions during the session.
Every elopement is different, which is why the final structure depends on several factors: time of day, season, number of locations, and overall logistical complexity.
If you’re looking for a simple and well-guided experience, you can explore how the full elopement process works before getting in touch.
Many elopements are combined with a relaxed honeymoon photoshoot in Venice during the following days.

The Photos of your Elopement in Venice will obviously be taken in the place where the ceremony will take place. Before or after the ceremony we will walk together through magical Venice where we will take many photos that will remain in your hearts forever. We usually start in the San Marco area, walking along Riva degli Schiavoni where the gondolas and the backdrop to the Island of San Giorgio will give you some breathtaking photos. Afterwards we will move away a little into the small Venetian streets that are not surrounded by tourists and only you, your love and Venice will be the protagonists.
It depends on your priorities. Some travelers prefer the affordability of public boats, while others choose private water taxis for comfort and speed. Learn more in The Best Transportation Options for Your Venice Photoshoot.
Each package we offer has a different number of edited photos. The minimum package offers 80 edited photos. We spend a lot of time editing which is why we sometimes don't accept many photoshoots per month. We want the photos to be sent within 3/4 working days and we work day and night to make this happen.
This is a question we get asked many times, and I see there is a lot of confusion about it.
Many couples who decide to elope in Venice ask us for an 8-hour photo shoot, as happens in traditional weddings. Such a long photo shoot will make your day very tiring and you will not appreciate it to the fullest. Those who make this romantic escape do so to have a carefree and love-filled day with their better half, and spending it entirely taking photos is not the ideal solution. It will be just the two of you, without guests, so there is no reason to stay in front of the camera for many hours.
The most popular package (and which we recommend to spouses) is the 2-hour one. In these two hours there is time to photograph the getting ready, the ceremony and to have numerous photos in the beautiful Venice. Afterwards you will be free to enjoy a wonderful lunch (or dinner) together with your partner and enjoy your love.
In any case, even for those who want to be photographed a lot, we do not recommend packages lasting more than 3 hours.
Each package can be customized according to your needs.
Organizing a wedding, even a small one, is never an easy thing. And everything must be perfect.
We collaborate with Noemi Wedding who, in addition to organizing a wonderful Venice Elopement , can also be your celebrant for the Symbolic Ceremony in Venice.

Usually, given that during the elopements there are only the bride and groom (or at most 3-4 guests), a Photographer would be enough. However, having two is an added value that we want to give to our photos and our spouses. Since there are two of us, we will be sure not to miss any moments and to be able to provide a superior service that our spouses usually appreciate a lot.
Certainly! The ceremony can be carried out in a Gondola, if the spouses wish, it can also have floral decorations.
The gondola can be booked in advance or not. In Venice there are many gondolas and booking is not mandatory. The gondola ride can also be taken after the ceremony to have some photos in the iconic boat with an incredible backdrop.
The Photo Shoot for an Elopement in Venice can start during the getting ready of the couple. In this way the Photographer will photograph the last steps of Makeup and Hair and the various details (rings, accessories, flowers etc..)
If the bride and groom do not want photos during the getting ready, you can start with the ceremony or the first look.
Before or after the ceremony we will take you to the most evocative locations in Venice to take countless photos that tell the story of your love.
We always recommend taking photos around Venice at dawn because the light is enchanting and there are no tourists around. It's an effort to wake up early but it's always worth it!!
In this case we meet with the spouses in Piazza San Marco where we will do an Elopement Photo Shoot for about an hour. After this Photo Shoot we can go to the location chosen for the ceremony which can be done immediately afterwards or after a couple of hours (and with a break in between).
