Planning a Venice photoshoot is an exciting part of your journey to Italy. To help you feel confident and fully prepared, we’ve gathered answers to the most common questions from travelers visiting from the United States and around the world. Whether you are curious about the best time for your photoshoot, how to book your session, or what to expect during the experience, you’ll find all the essential information here to make your Venice photoshoot unforgettable.
Venice offers endless photo opportunities, but the city’s popularity also means that some places are often crowded—especially during high season. To capture the best of Venice in your images, timing and location are key.
If your photoshoot happens at sunrise, we can shoot in iconic areas like Piazza San Marco,, Grand Canal, Riva degli Schiavoni and charming bridges without large crowds. If your session is scheduled later in the morning or at Sunset in Dorsoduro, we prefer more hidden corners where the beauty of Venice meets quiet, authentic atmospheres.
Our Venice photoshoot packages are from €300, and we can tailor each option to fit your trip and preferences. You can choose sessions that last from 30 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on how many locations or outfit changes you want.
If you're staying near San Marco or Rialto, changing outfits during the shoot is also possible—either at your hotel or in nearby cafes. Every package is crafted with flexibility in mind, and we’re happy to help you choose the right one for your needs.

It really depends on what you'd like to include. The most popular choices are our 1-hour and 90-minute sessions, which allow time to explore several scenic locations on foot.
If you'd like to include a gondola ride, we recommend choosing any package except the 30-minute one, as the short time frame doesn't allow for both gondola and walking photos.
After your Photoshoot in Venice, we deliver your edited, high-resolution images via a private online gallery within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll be able to download the JPEG files (6000x4000 px), perfect for sharing and printing.

Of course, however in the summer months when dawn is very early this service cannot be carried out because the bars are closed. However, it is possible in the winter/autumn months.
We get this question all the time. Our general advice is to dress elegantly, especially because Venice itself has a timeless and romantic look. For women, flowy dresses often work great—they create movement in your photos and fit perfectly with the Venetian setting.
Avoid wearing full black outfits on gray days, as they can make your photos look too dark. That said, if your style is more relaxed, smart-casual outfits work well too—just be sure that both people in the couple match in tone (e.g., avoid mixing very formal and very casual looks).

It is also possible to shoot on water buses and gondolas. The water taxi service is always available upon reservation. The gondola service operates from 9 AM. For sunrise photoshoots, the session will be split into two parts with a small additional fee.
