Gay Wedding in Venice, Italy
It was held entirely inside the Locanda Rosa Rosae, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and characteristic locations in Veneto, Italy. The old mill is wonderful and the inn is located in a rural, historic and at the same time very elegant environment.
Rus and Daniel, Gay Couple chose to get married in this enchanting place and were looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly Wedding Photographer.
They were impressed by our photos and wanted us with them on the most important day of their lives.
After an exchange of emails and video calls we finally met on their Wedding Day. It was a beautiful day in June and the light of the sunset accompanied us on this wonderful day of celebration.
We photographed the getting ready of the couple who were staying in a room of the Locanda Rosa Rosae and shortly after the numerous guests arrived for this fairytale Wedding.
The Symbolic Ceremony was held in the garden and was very touching.
After the ceremony we took advantage of the sunset light to photograph this couple in love and happy to have fulfilled their dream in the Locanda's garden and in the adjacent wheat field. Everything seemed like a fairy tale.

WHAT IS THE BEST SEASON TO GET MARRIED AT THE LOCANDA ROSA ROSAE?
Locanda Rosa Rosae is an enchanting place in all seasons of the year but to be able to take advantage of the wonderful garden full of trees and characteristic decorations, spring
and summer are certainly the best seasons.
The Wedding is Celebrated Outdoors which can be decorated with flower arches to make the atmosphere even more magical.
Lunch or dinner can be had either in the garden or inside, both are magnificent and each table is enriched with wonderful decorations.
WHERE IS LOCANDA ROSA ROSAE?
It is located in San Bartolomeo di Breda di Piave, a small town in the Treviso countryside, which is about 30 minutes from Venice. It is surrounded by hills and greenery and is one of the most enchanting places that I have seen as a Wedding Photographer in Italy..
ARE THERE ANY BEAUTIFUL PLACES TO TAKE PHOTOS AFTER THE CEREMONY AT LOCANDA ROSA ROSAE?
After the ceremony you can take photos of the newlyweds in the wonderful garden of the inn which is very large and characteristic, in the middle of the vineyards. At the back there is also a wheat field, which makes you dream, especially at sunset.
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER ON LOCANDA ROSA ROSAE WHERE CAN WE HAVE THE CEREMONY AND PARTY?
The inn is equipped with porticoes where it is possible to celebrate the Wedding in case of bad weather. The restaurant, divided into small wonderful rooms, can accommodate up to 80 guests and is worthy of a dream Wedding. The internal setting is historic and rural but at the same time decorated in a very elegant way.
ARE THERE ANY ROOMS AT LOCANDA OR OUR GUESTS HAVE TO STAY FAR AWAY?
Locanda Rosa Rosae has 4 rooms, where the bride and groom and witnesses usually stay. However, nearby you can find several hotels or B&Bs for all your guests.
